FP&A Manager

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine / (Hybrid)

Position Overview: Seeton Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join our team. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting to senior management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with both remote and in-office work available, in our Kyiv, Ukraine office, with occasional collaboration with our team in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for C-level management and Supervisory board highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, evaluate business opportunities, and assess the financial impact of operational decisions.
Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and work closely with business partners to understand drivers and develop mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning processes, streamline reporting, and increase efficiency and accuracy.
Internal ERP System Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of the company’s internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business requirements and financial reporting needs.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management, providing timely and actionable insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis/controlling/reporting. Experience in Big-4 companies being a great advantage.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill and communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;; experience with ERP systems and financial planning software (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
ACCA/CFA certification, or progress towards certification, will be a plus.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
