Over 20 years of successful activity, he has gained valuable experience in IT sales, cybersecurity and industrial solutions.
He worked in representative offices of international companies RITTAL, ORACLE, DELL, as well as in local system integrators.
Since October 2021, he has been the Commercial Director of Seeton, and since September 2023, he is additionally Acting Director of the company.
He has 2 higher degrees: an information security engineer (National Aviation University) and a finance specialist (NBU University of Banking), and also receives a 3rd higher education in the direction of International Economics (KPI im. Igor Sikorsky).
In his spare time, he is engaged in volunteer projects and collects musical instruments of the peoples of the world.
Andrey KlyushnichenkoTechnical Director
He has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2003, including the last 6 years in Seeton (formerly Sitronics Telecom Solutions Ukraine). During this period of time, he gained significant experience in technical and commercial departments.
Since 2020, he has been the CTO of Seeton.
He graduated from the Kiev Military Institute of Control and Communications.
Olga OstapovichHR Director
For 20 years of activity, she has gained valuable experience in the MFCG, B&B, B&C industries, and the last 10 years in the IT field.
She worked both in international companies such as Sixt, and in local Ukrainian companies that later became international-MacPaw, Beter.
She worked her way up from recruiter to HR director.
I have a higher education: economist in labor economics (Kiev National Economic University named after V. Hetman)
Business education: "people management skills. Effective HR system".
KMBS, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, certified coach consultant in organizations (Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy, WIAP, Germany lecturer at the Projector Institute HR Branding course).
Bakhtiyar AliyevDirector of Seeton Azerbaijan
He has more than 18 years of experience in implementing IT innovations in Azerbaijan. An expert in the markets of the South and East of the CIS (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Central Asia), he has a broad client base and an extensive network of relationships at the executive level. Has professional knowledge of international business procedures and practices.
He has experience in tendering, procurement and tendering procedures, as well as in operations management and project management support.
Bakhtiyar joined Seeton Azerbaijan as a Director on February 1, 2022.
Bakhtiyar has a higher education in Applied Mathematics.
