Since October 2021, he has been the Commercial Director of Seeton, and since September 2023, he is additionally Acting Director of the company.
Has 3 higher educations: an engineer in information security (National Aviation University), a specialist in finance (University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine), and international economics (Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute).
In his spare time, he is engaged in volunteer projects and collects musical instruments of the peoples of the world.
Vadim MovchanActing Technical Director
Vadim started his work in 1998 at the LLC KVAZAR-MICRO, grew, studied and changed with it.
He held the position of manager of product reception, since 2004 - Director of the Department of Warranty Support and Service. During this time, he gained experience in teamwork to achieve results.
He has a Master's degree in organization management and a specialist in project and program management.
Olga OstapovichHR Director
For 20 years of activity, she has gained valuable experience in the MFCG, B&B, B&C industries, and the last 10 years in the IT field.
She worked both in international companies such as Sixt, and in local Ukrainian companies that later became international-MacPaw, Beter.
She worked her way up from recruiter to HR director.

Bakhtiyar AliyevDirector of Seeton Azerbaijan
He has more than 18 years of experience in implementing IT innovations in Azerbaijan. An expert in the markets of the South and East of the CIS (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Central Asia), he has a broad client base and an extensive network of relationships at the executive level. Has professional knowledge of international business procedures and practices.
He has experience in tendering, procurement and tendering procedures, as well as in operations management and project management support.
Bakhtiyar joined Seeton Azerbaijan as a Director on February 1, 2022.
Bakhtiyar has a higher education in Applied Mathematics.
